About DataTech
DataTech Consulting and Contracting is a founder-led technology delivery firm based in Columbus, Ohio. We help local service businesses turn missed calls, slow follow-up, and manual paperwork into systems that run the same way every day.
What we do
We build fixed-scope AI systems: a support assistant that answers and captures jobs after hours, lead intake that arrives complete, call review that surfaces what needs a person, a knowledge assistant for your own team, and document work that removes retyping. Each offer has a set scope and a set price, and we support what we build on a monthly plan.
Our method is plain. Diagnose the workflow first. Name what is included and what is not. Build one thing well, test it on your real work, hand it over with a guide your staff can follow, then review it with you after launch.

We describe the firm this way on purpose. We sell DataTech, not one person's calendar. Founder involvement is a strength, and we frame it as oversight and direction, not as the whole delivery plan.
How we work with clients
- Company-first. Every proposal names the firm, the roles, and the method, not a resume.
- Fixed scope, written down. Deliverables, limits, and acceptance are agreed before we build.
- Human approval where it matters. Our systems escalate to a person instead of guessing on anything outside the approved scope.

- Support after launch. A build is not done at handover. Monthly support covers monitoring, updates, and small fixes.
